At The Chapel, we train many children and teens for a wide variety of reasons. In addition to general fitness, performance, injury recovery and confidence building , we also work regularly to help with safe and sustainable weight-loss. A sensitive area, we work closely with parents to provide effective guidance, positive reinforcement and reassuring support.

Very few facilities exist to help young people exercise and learn all about healthy and sustainable choices. Well aware of how impressionable young guests are and the misinformation over social media, we remain factual and measured in our guidance with a proven track record. Ranging from local guests to the Royal Ballet Upper School our team are here to help.

Transform your body in just 10 weeks with visible & measurable improvements in your body composition, tone, core strength and overall fitness. Our sustainable Body Transformation programme enables guests to comfortably lose to 2-3 stones /12-18kg over the duration of the programme. Not all guests joining wish to lose as much and some wish to lose more; the programme offers the opportunity to completely transform your body and health. Muscle Gain

These package is designed for both men and women as a realistic and achievable foundation to building muscle. This will include a nutrition plan to ensure your diet supports your training. Training is normally split into body parts and you will be taught all there is to know about lifting, progressive overload, eccentric repetitions and lots more. Each week guests have another composition analysis to ensure progress remains on track.

We can provide nutrition and healthy eating guidance in order to complement training. Inclusive with our Change Shape packages and available to bolt on to any other package or subscription.

Learn how to eat a healthy, sustainable diet that is conducive to achieving short term objectives. The foundations of which, form the building blocks to a life-style change that promotes positive health and wellbeing.

Our guidelines are realistic and achievable, suitable for those with families or whose busy working lives mean they need quick, simple meals that can be purchased from a supermarket or cafe chain. We are also able to advise on selections from restaurants or planning around regular travel.

Guests are not required to calorie count, food prep or abstain significantly from any key food groups. Our guidance is simple, effective and sustainable. The true effectiveness to each guest is checked with regular measures on our composition analysers.
Our healthy eating plans may be further tailored to you by the completion of a resting metabolic rate test if appropriate.

Enter your first marathon - be it London or International your first marathon is truly an event to remember.
Complete your first marathon in just 4 months. Our training programme is designed to guide you through everything you need to complete your first marathon. Learn about heart rate thresholds, pacing, training gear, hydration and training apps. You'll be required to complete a solo run each week in addition to your training to help ensure you stay on track.

These programmes are designed to help fully recover from either from an injury or surgery. Our expertise lays in specialist exercise prescription with a fully equipped gym; we do not diagnose or provide physiotherapy services though liaise with physiotherapists, orthopaedic consultants and other clinical professionals.
Our team will take the parameters from your physiotherapist and/or orthopaedic consultant and utilise them to establish an incremental and progressive framework up to full fitness. Exercise prescribed by therapists not only rely on total adherence but normally utilise body-weight or bands. At the Chapel, we can incrementally alter range, repetition and load with total precision to ensure continual progress. Our cases range from normal individuals seeking expert help to professional athletes and English National Ballet.

Cancer Rehabilitation

Whatever stage you are at in your journey with Cancer, our Rehabilitation Instructor can help you establish an exercise schedule that is safe within the context of your personal diagnosis and treatment.
Moderate exercise is well documented for its benefit throughout treatment and post therapy. Intense exercise or HIIT training is not considered safe; we will guide you through our programme and ensure the utmost care and consideration at all times.
Our cancellation policy for this specific programme is considerably more flexible to ensure we meet your requirements wherever possible. Our most recent cases include a 21 year old male with leukaemia, a 50 year old female with a brain tumour and 37 year old with a spinal tumour.

Cardiac Rehabilitation
8 weeks
British Association of Cardiac Prevention and Rehabilitation Qualified since 2005.
Designed to safely reintroduce exercise under the expert guidance of The Chapel founder Alex Minors. Our certified and registered instructor with the British Association of Cardiac Prevention and Rehabilitation will guide you through a safe reintroduction to exercise
If you have been diagnosed with a heart condition or had a cardiac intervention such as a stent, myocardial infarction (heart attack) then this is the programme for you. NHS patients are often referred into a Phase III programme which operates at a hospital. Phase IV follows on from this. If - like the majority of our guests - your treatment has gone back into the private system than you may not be aware of cardiac rehabilitation and the instrumental role this plays in the safe return to exercise.
This programme is as much educational as it is physical. Exercising post intervention is a very specialist area - by the end of the programme you will know how to train safely and the signs to look for should anything need further investigation.

20 sessions
For guests wishing to commit to complete a block of sessions in a fixed time period, then our Session Block Package is for you. Receive a 10% discount on a block of 20 sessions - to be used over 10 consecutive weeks at off peak hours (2.30pm and 3.30pm session times) Monday to Friday only; after this the sessions will be void.

Our Personal Training pay-as-you-go sessions are for guests who have completed a consultation and wish to just book in to suit their schedule without any commitment. Guests must have a registered payment for this to enable booking. All Personal Training Sessions are completed at The Chapel and run for 50 minutes.

Club 25
Our Club 25 operates between 2 and 5pm Monday through Friday and provides our Personal Training Sessions at a reduced rate - subject to availability. A great option for those with a flexible diary. These are released 10 days in advance and provide a 15% saving. These are only available as single ad hoc sessions and available at seasonally quieter times of the year.. - Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the appointment start time.

- Amendments to an alternative time on the same day are permitted subject to availability.
​
- Amendments to an alternative day after the notice period will be treated as a late cancellation; the session will the void.
In the event of an emergency, in our absolute discretion, we will make every effort to help book a session in lieu of the late cancellation.
