All enquiries are welcome at The Chapel. Our rich and diverse portfolio of guests over the last 20 years, enables us to instantly meet the expectations and demands of almost anyone. The vast majority of guests are quintessentially normal, hard working and often highly successful individuals, couples or families thereof. The very foundation of The Chapel, two-thirds of these guests have trained with us in excess of 10 years.
Guest enquiries often focus on sustainable lifestyle changes, restorative health and longevity considerations with an underlying desire to improve fitness, muscle-tone, posture, flexibility and weight or body-composition. The weighting of each component is individual and our role to ensure we strike the correct balance for each guest. Our specialities are very broad, from cardiac rehabilitation, to complex injuries, post-natal recovery, performance conditioning and so the list goes on...
Every individual, no matter who they are or what they achieved is equally important to us. Whilst, we have the most remarkable 'little black book' of large business owners, Chief Executives and high profile individuals, anonymity and discretion are a given for all our guests.
Our more public work includes the entire company of English National Ballet dancers, consultation with the Royal Ballet Upper School and an endless number of individuals from the World of performing arts and professional sport.

Principal Ballerina to the English National Ballet and Winner of 2020's Most Outstanding Classical Performance by a Female Artist, Begona is one of the most talented and dedicated artists we ever have had the pleasure of working with. An incredible actress too, Begona lights up the stage with her stunning performances.

Yonah Acosta | Principal Dancer
Principal Ballet Dancer at the English National Ballet and now Bayerishes Staatsballet, Yonah is incredible to watch perform. A phenomenal jumper, everything appears effortless. Yonah is married to the talented and high accomplished Laurretta Summerscales, a former Principal Ballerina from ENB and Principal at the Bavarian State Ballet. Stunning to watch, Laurretta's dedication and focus is limitless.

The Choreographer
Stina Quagebeur | Choreographer
A highly accomplished and gifted Choreographer, Stina has created masterpieces for dance companies all round the World. A talented former soloist and now associate choreographer at the English National Ballet, she has created roles in all of Akram Khan's work with ENB and produced her own works to great critical acclaim. As a dancer, Stina was incredible to work with; highly intelligent, analytical and hard-working.

The Footballer
Jack Smith | Millwall FC
A former Watford FC defender, and later Millwall FC, Jack was hampered by a repeated hamstring injury. Jack's remarkable dedicated to his training, discipline and hard work saw Jack return fitter and stronger than ever before and went on to sign a new contract with Millwall and continue his high successful career in professional football. A great individual and family man Jack has moved on to the World of property.

The Rising Star
Charlie Jones | Acosta Foundation
An aspiring young dancer, Charlie Jones can be seen here in The Nutcracker with the English National Ballet, at just 10 years old. Now, aged 18 years Charlie is part of World Famous Carlos Acosta's Foundation for rising talent. Charlie can be seen in June 2025 at the Royal Ballet in Covent Garden at their production of Alice in Wonderland. A super young man; Charlie is charming, thoughtful and an absolute pleasure to work with. We wish him all the luck in the World!
